Refund policy

WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS IN ANY MANNER, IF IT IS DAMAGED, YOU WILL GET EITHER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ITEM. 

To request Exhange, please provide us complete video of opening the parcel, if damages are found, we will be happy to give you another fresh piece in that case.

We have a 5-days Exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an EXCHANGE.  

In case of RETURNS, only meaningful Returns are acceptable, for that customer is SOLELY responsible to SHIP BACK the product to us in ORIGINAL CONDITION, after receiving the product and inspections, we will issue CREDIT NOTE !! 

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not provide exchange services, it will be solely on customer.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the exchanged product only after receiving the returned packet.  Items will be checked and then an exchange piece will be sent. EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED if sent back to us without informing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not provide exhanges but in case you receive a damage product then STORE CREDIT will be given that can be redeemed later in another purchase, and this is for both NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS , For the sole amount of damage item STORE CREDIT will be issued and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS , CANCELLATIONS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. 

ONLY DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE!
